The document has been drafted taking into account the provisions of European Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of personal data (GDPR), the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196), and the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (especially the Guidelines on the use of cookies issued on 10 July 2021).

What are cookies and what are they used for?

A cookie is a text file that a website visited by a user sends to their terminal (computer, mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet), where it is stored before being retransmitted to that site during a subsequent visit to the same site.

The Data Controller is solely responsible for first-party cookies installed by it on the Site.

First-party technical cookies

These cookies are necessary for the functioning of the Site and cannot be disabled. They are usually defined as a response to actions taken that constitute a request for services, such as setting cookie preferences, logging in or filling out forms, or browsing preferences.

• The Site releases navigation or session cookies that guarantee normal navigation and use of the Site.
• Technical cookies are also used to allow you to navigate the Site while maintaining the choices you made.
• The Site also uses cookies that maintain the choice regarding the way the Products are displayed on the Site.
• The Site also uses cookies that document your consent to the use of profiling cookies and your related preferences. These cookies recognize you the next time you visit the Site, so you don't have to re-consent to the installation of profiling cookies.
• The Site Owner also uses "anonymized" Google Analytics. This means that the cookies released by Google Analytics only allow for statistical data analysis, without the ability to identify individual users.

Pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR, the Data Controller informs you that you have the right to:

• ask the Data Controller for access to your personal data and to rectify or erase them or limit the processing that concerns you or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability
• withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. the Data Protection Authority).

The above rights may be exercised by making an informal request to the contact details indicated in the Introduction.

Data Communication

• The Data Controller communicates/shares the data to the web agency that manages the Site.
• The Data Controller communicates data to the company responsible for managing advertising campaigns.
• The Data Controller communicates/shares data with the company responsible for managing advertising campaigns and/or the web agency that manages the Site.

Information Retention

• User behavioral data is retained for up to 1 year from the date it was obtained from the relevant profiling cookie. In any case, the data is deleted earlier if the user withdraws consent.
• Data from technical cookies are stored for the time necessary to enable the service to which the individual technical cookie refers.
• If the Site uses profiling cookies, the user's behavioral data is retained until the user's consent is revoked.
